Clinic Policy

Appointments & Bookings:

All treatments and consultations at Rosem Health are offered by appointment only. Appointments may be booked online, via WhatsApp, or following direct communication with our team.

All bookings are subject to availability and suitability, which will be confirmed prior to treatment.

Deposits & Payment:

First-Time Clients

First-time clients are required to secure their appointment with a £50 deposit. This deposit is taken after an appointment time has been selected and is used to reserve clinician time.

Returning Clients

Returning clients may be eligible to book without a deposit or with a reduced deposit, at the clinic’s discretion.

Full Payment

The remaining balance is payable in clinic on the day of treatment, unless otherwise stated. In some cases, clients may be given the option to pay in full online.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy:

Deposits are non-refundable but transferable under the following conditions:

  • Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 24hours before the appointment time.

  • With sufficient notice, the deposit may be transferred to a new appointment date.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend an appointment, will result in the deposit being forfeited.

This policy is in place to protect clinician time and en

sure fair access to appointments.

Late Arrivals:

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled. In some cases, this may be treated as a late cancellation and the deposit may be forfeited.

Consultations & Suitability:

All treatments and consultations are subject to a suitability assessment. This may take place online, by phone, or in person.

Rosem Health reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment if it is deemed unsuitable for medical, safety, or ethical reasons. In such cases, deposits may be refunded or transferred at the clinic’s discretion.

Results & Expectations:

Results from aesthetic treatments and health consultations vary between individuals. Outcomes depend on factors such as age, skin type, health status, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare advice.

No specific results can be guaranteed.

Medical Disclaimer:

Aesthetic treatments offered by Rosem Health are non-surgical and elective. They do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a GP or medical specialist.

Clients are encouraged to disclose all relevant medical history prior to treatment.

Health Testing & Online Consultations Disclaimer:

Health testing services (including DNA, gut microbiome, vaginal microbiome, and Well Woman checks) are provided for informational and wellbeing purposes only.

  • These services do not provide a medical diagnosis.

  • Results should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice.

  • Clients should consult their GP or appropriate medical professional where necessary.

Aftercare & Responsibility:

Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided by Rosem Health. Failure to do so may affect results and increase the risk of adverse effects.

Rosem Health cannot be held responsible for outcomes resulting from failure to follow aftercare guidance.

Age Policy:

 

All treatments and consultations are available to clients aged 18 years and over only.

Privacy & Confidentiality:

 

All client information is handled in accordance with UK data protection laws. Consultations and health information are treated confidentially.

Changes to These Policies:

 

Rosem Health reserves the right to update or amend these policies at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We offer reliable, fast shipping across the UK to ensure your premium skincare products and wellness essentials arrive safely.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3-5 working days. Orders over £50 qualify for free standard delivery. For orders under £50, a £3.95 shipping fee applies.

  • Express Shipping: Need your items sooner? Choose express shipping at checkout for £5.95, with delivery within 1-2 working days.

  • International Shipping: Please contact our team to confirm rates and delivery times to your location.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation with tracking details. Once shipped, you can follow the tracking link provided to monitor the delivery. If you have any questions, our customer support team is available to assist.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns policy is simple:

  • Returns Eligibility: Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery. They should be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Return Process: Contact our customer support to initiate a return. Upon approval, you’ll receive return instructions and a return reference.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Exchanges: If you’d like a different product or replacement, please contact us to arrange an exchange.
